These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of cashoutrefi.com (the "Site"), operated by Barjam Holdings, LLC d/b/a CashOutRefi.com. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information and a way to request a cash estimate. Nothing on the Site is an offer of credit, a rate quote, a pre-approval, or a commitment to lend. All loans are subject to credit approval, appraisal, underwriting, and program guidelines. Example figures are illustrative only. Not all applicants will qualify.

3. No financial, legal, or tax advice

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals about your specific situation.

4. Communications consent

If you submit your contact information with the consent box checked, you provide your electronic signature and express written consent for Barjam Holdings, LLC d/b/a CashOutRefi.com and the companies listed on our Lending Partners page to contact you at the number and email you provide — by calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and email, including autodialed calls, artificial or prerecorded voice, and AI-assisted technology — even if your number is on a federal, state, or company Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining a loan. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; the Privacy Policy describes other ways to withdraw consent.

5. How we work with lending partners

We may share your request with, or sell it to, one or more of the companies on our Lending Partners page, and we may be compensated by them. Partners are independent companies: we do not control their products, rates, or communications, we do not guarantee that any partner will contact you or offer you a loan, and any loan you obtain is governed by that partner's own terms and disclosures. You are never obligated to work with any partner. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information at any time — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit information on behalf of someone else without authority
• Do not interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Site
• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose
